So far after two days we are up to $120 donated. Not too bad. At the moment I've sent the campaign out to a few different companies and plan on going to local companies this weekend. Most of my friends and family have (hopefully) spread the word. Now it's just a waiting game to see if more people start to donate. I know that the amount is a very high amount but for the perks I have set up, I don't want these people to buy a perk and I get nowhere near my goal and can't deliver on that perk. So that goal amount is set up as insurance to myself and contributors because I am positive I can finish the build with that much.
As for news were planning on holding a local car wash to help improve the awareness of the campaign and help fund it. The car washes will be for $10 and help the weekend of July 13th and 14th.

The Campaign Has Been Launched!
So yesterday I finally launched my campaign on indiegogo.com to hopefully fund the build of the kit car I want to make. The kit car is made by a company called DDR Motorsports and is called the Miami GT or just the GT8. Here is a link to the companies website: www.ddrmotorsport.com and a link to my campaign: http://igg.me/p/314279/x/2122448
So after one day of fund raising I'm sitting at $100 raised. This has me excited hopefully by Aug 24th the total can be reached.

The Works
So after months of sitting around (not really, most of the time was spent working) I've finally decided to finish up my campaign to hopefully get a kit car funded and launch it. All that's left is to record a video and make the campaign go live! More to come when the campaign is launched.
